Barb is so kind and understanding! She helped and guided me every step with my response to BON. She spent so much time to get to know me and my situation before I even had her represent me. She is very knowledgeable and confident. She worked around my schedule and my matter her priority. She responds right away when I tried to get a hold of her through email, call or text. I’ve had to use Barbara Forshier twice now for two different issues and both times she has been great. She knows what the Board of review panel will be looking for. She gets right to work in developing a case on your behalf and helps you gather all the info and documentation that you need to create an air tight case! I would really recommend using her for any Board of Nursing issues you may have.

Ms. Forshier helped me with a DHS Background Study Disqualification Request for Reconsideration. I spoke to a lot of attorneys before deciding to work with Ms. Forshier. She spent a good amount of time discussing my situation with me prior to receiving a signed fee agreement from me. She believed that I would be able to do the majority of my appeal preparation on my own and I agreed. This meant that I would only need her to review my appeal before filing it. While this meant more work for me it also meant that I saved thousands of dollars. As a nursing school grad student this made a big difference for me.
