Ms. Forshier helped me with a DHS Background Study Disqualification Request for Reconsideration. I spoke to a lot of attorneys before deciding to work with Ms. Forshier. She spent a good amount of time discussing my situation with me prior to receiving a signed fee agreement from me. She believed that I would be able to do the majority of my appeal preparation on my own and I agreed. This meant that I would only need her to review my appeal before filing it. While this meant more work for me it also meant that I saved thousands of dollars. As a nursing school grad student this made a big difference for me. I’ve had to use Barbara Forshier twice now for two different issues and both times she has been great. She knows what the Board of review panel will be looking for.
