Barb was so knowledgeable and supportive during this process. She outlined what possible outcomes might be, and gave recommendations for the steps to take for the best outcome. Her communication through the process was excellent, and it was so helpful having the process explained step by step. I can’t imagine going it alone during this process, and I can’t imagine utilizing anyone that is more qualified to help a nurse through this process. She was reassuring and calming during this stressful time. Thanks to Barb, the outcome of my case was dismissal!
