Barb is so kind and understanding! She helped and guided me every step with my response to BON. She spent so much time to get to know me and my situation before I even had her represent me. She is very knowledgeable and confident. She worked around my schedule and my matter her priority. She responds right away when I tried to get a hold of her through email, call or text. She is very professional and experienced. She is the one you need in stressful situation like when you have to respond to the board. She has the best interest and outcome for you.
