Health Professional Services Program (HPSP)

HPSP works with 16 different regulatory boards and even more professions. It is a confidential, monitoring program for regulated health professionals such as Nurses who are undergoing treatment for addiction.

Minnesota Board of Nursing

The Minnesota Board of Nursing is the regulatory board for all professional nursing in the state of Minnesota. The board is legally and ethically obligated to ensure that all practicing professional Nurses are providing safe, competent, ethical care to the public. The Minnesota Board of Nursing seeks to hold individual nurses accountable for providing this care.

The Nurse Practice Act

The Nurse Practice Act is the law governing the professional practice of nursing. It is imperative that all nurses be familiar with this statute.
